Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. All of our Dance Fitness workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment. Prepare to laugh, sweat, and shake it! With the club-like atmosphere and no-judgement zone, we are here to ensure you have an amazing time while getting in the best shape of your life!
Twerk Out
Here you will learn the basic to advanced levels of twerking. From posture and feet placement, to just letting loose and letting the music use you. This class also includes Grown & Sexy choreography which consists of hip/body rolling, floor play, and grinding! So grab your shorts and knee pads and come on!
Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. This fusion class will use props such as light hand weights, bender balls, therabands, and contemporary movements to help develop a strong inner core while increasing strength and range of motion. Pilates strengthens pelvic floor muscles and is low impact; it's perfect for the postpartum mom, the fitness enthusiast, and the beginner!
Bring a yoga mat, booty band, and water!
Booty Camp
BootyCamp is a circuit-style class that uses resistance bands to give you a total body workout! Build muscle, shred fat, and reveal confidence during this 45 min. class. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and groove a lil bit.

We have resistance bands in studio for purchase: $20 set of 3 leg bands; $15 long arm band
*Yoga mats and resistance bands are available in limited quantities to RENT per class for $2 each
Pole Fitness
Pole Level 0
In this FOUR WEEK SESSION you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness safety, beginner pole spins, and basic pole tricks. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves into beginner-level combos. All fitness levels welcome. This class is appropriate for beginners.

Pole Level 1
Pole Level 2
In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn beginner/ intermediate pole tricks & combos.
PREREQUISITE: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.
**Email thevibestudiolynchburg@gmail.com to be admitted if you have prior pole experience and have not been through our Pole 0 course.
It is highly recommended that if it has been longer than 2 months since you have taken a Pole class that you first come to Open Pole to re-condition your body.
In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn intermediate/ advanced pole tricks.
PREREQUISITE: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor.

It is highly recommended that if it has been longer than 2 months since you have taken a Pole class that you first come to Open Pole to re-condition your body.
This integrated stretching class is designed to equip students with tools needed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement patterns as it relates to pole. Students will participate in a variety of self-stretching and assisted-stretching techniques that intentionally correspond to various pole tricks.

Hella Heels
In this class, you will build upon existing pole fitness knowledge. You will learn low flow and exotic dance routines using the pole, dressed in your hottest pole dancing heels (street heels not permitted). 18+ Only.

Recommended shoe brand: Pleasers.
Pre-Requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 OR have prior approval from instructor. This class is NOT appropriate for beginners. If you have no pole experience, you will be dropped from the class.
*Knee pads and pole heels required
Pole + Silks Level 0
In this FOUR WEEK SESSION you will learn the fundamentals of pole+silks fitness safety, beginner pole+silks spins, and basic pole+silks tricks. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves into beginner-level combos.
Pre-requisite: Must have completed Pole Level 0 prior to taking Pole+Silks!
